With over 50,000 products, 200 sizes & 50 colours, Preciosa® have an extensive range of crystal components available. So if there is a particular item you would like to purchase that is currently out of stock or not on our website, we can arrange a custom order for you. Shine have orders arriving from Preciosa each month so we can add your custom order too.

Terms and condtions

A 50% non refundable deposit is required when placing a custom order.
Products must be purchased by full packet or full card (minimum order requirement).
Due to EUR/AUD fluctuations a quote valid for 7 days will be provided to you. Once the order is confirmed and the deposit paid prices will not change for that order.
Orders are placed on the 1st of every month and take approximately 3 weeks for delivery from Preciosa if they are in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and sent when ready. Therefore some custom orders may take 4-6 weeks.
Custom orders need to be finalised with a paid deposit by the end of the previous month to be included in the order.
