Tax invoice Search/Reissue Request

At Shine we provide the option to receive a Tax Invoice for every in store transaction at the point of sale and every online transaction via email. A self serve ability to resend Tax Invoices linked to your Shine online account is also available via your My Account > Orders page.

You can request a Tax Invoice linked to a 'Guest' order to be searched/reissued using the below form and we are happy to provide this as a once off goodwill gesture however subsequent requests will incur a $10 charge to cover administration costs per invoice.
