Wholesale Application

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are deemed to have been agreed to and accepted by customers whom are applying for a wholesale account with Shine Trimmings & Fabrics Pty Ltd.

Payment: Goods will be supplied on a payment before delivery basis only. Shine Trimmings & Fabrics accept credit cards (Master Card or Visa), direct deposit or cash if picking up your order in person.

Pricing: Prices charged are those ruling at the date of the invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice, due to fluctuations in transport costs, insurance, rates for duty, import of goods and/or fluctuation of the AUD.

Minimum Order Requirements: You are required to purchase in accordance with the minimum cut and minimum order value rules as set out in your Shine Wholesale My Account page.

Account Access: Access to the Shine wholesale services is only provided to pre-approved wholesale customers. It is not permitted for you to share your access with 3rd parties and any unauthorised access will result in immediate closure of the account without notification.

Inactive Accounts: To retain access to your Shine wholesale account it is a requirement that you place an order within 3 months of your account activation & at least once every 12 months thereafter. Inactive accounts are automatically ceased without notification.

Goods & Services Tax: Where applicable 10% GST will be applied to all wholesale prices including freight charges.

Delivery: Customers will be charged the relevant cost for goods to be delivered. We have a range of shipping options to choose from depending on the size, shape & weight of the order placed as well as your delivery requirements. You are also able to pre arrange your own courier to pick up your order at your own cost if desired.

Changes to Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website or in newsletters. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
