Club buyers can place orders using a Club Account payment method Club treasurers can review and pay for orders via Credit Card, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer Orders are shipped once payment is received Tax Invoices are available via your online club account Club accounts are also VIP accounts whereby the Shine 10% VIP discount is available to them. Club Accounts are only available to Victorian clubs at this time - Applications will be reviewed by our accounts specialist and you will be contacted directly as to the outcome. VIP discount: Club accounts are also VIP accounts whereby the Shine 10% VIP discount is available to them. Account access: Shine club accounts are shared accounts whereby both buyers and treasurers access the same account with a shared login. Club users are responsible to keep their account secure via a strong shared password. Placing orders: Shine club accounts allow buyer(s) to place online orders utilising a Club Account payment method. Simply include the required order details at checkout and select the Club Account payment method. Order payment: Payment options include credit card, PayPal & Direct Bank Transfer. The club treasurer must access the club account and make full payment for an order before it will be shipped. Order modification: Should a club order require modification (eg: change of mind, out of stock etc). An updated or new order will be created that reflects the amended contents/value. Should the value be greater than the original order an additional payment will be required. Should the value be less than the original order a Shine credit will be created that can be used on subsequent club orders. Non payment: It is the responsibility of the club users to facilitate payment by the treasurer. Any club orders that are not payed within 30 days are automatically discarded without notification. Club account approval: Club account access is only given to pre-approved Calisthenics Clubs via our online application form. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to approve, disapprove or suspend any club account/application for whatever reason(s) we deem necessary. Changes to Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website or in newsletters. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
