Tips For Sewing Tissue Lamé

Lamé can fray and snag easily so always use a new needle, preferably a small ballpoint. Change your needle more regularly than you normally would. If your needle is blunt it can create pulls in the fabric. Thread recommended is a good quality polyester such as Gütermann thread.
